Prep Steps
- Trim the broccoli florets off the stem into bite-size pieces to measure the indicated amount. Place the florets on a sheet pan.
Cook Steps
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the broccoli in the preheated oven and cook until tender and starting to char slightly, about 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes to ensure even cooking. After 20 minutes, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top and cook until cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer broccoli to a serving dish or dinner plates. Serve warm!
