Prep Steps
- [ Sautéed Garlic Spinach ] Gently smash the garlic under the side of your chef’s knife to remove the peel. Thinly slice the garlic.

- [ Parmesan Potato Wedges ] Preheat the oven to 475 degrees.

- [ Easy Oven-Roasted Drumsticks ] Drizzle the drumsticks with olive oil. Use clean hands to coat the drumsticks evenly, then sprinkle the seasoning salt and black pepper all over. Set them back on the sheet pan with the skin side down.
