This easy side dish combines two favorite classics, Caesar salad with pasta salad.Notes:
- Substitute romaine or baby spinach for frisee. Any type of pasta will work in place of penne.

Prep Steps
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, champagne vinegar and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate.
- Chop, tear or snip frisee lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces to measure indicated amount. Place in a large mixing bowl.
Cook Steps
- Fill a medium saucepan 2/3 high with water and cover. Place over high heat. Proceed with next step as water comes to a boil.
- Once water is boiling, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and stir in the penne pasta. Cook until tender but with a slight bite, about [10-11 minutes], or according to the package instructions.
- Place pasta in a medium heat-proof bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat, then place bowl in refrigerator until pasta is cool, about [10 minutes].
- Add cooled pasta to the bowl of frisee lettuce. Pour in creamy Parmesan dressing and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the Caesar pasta salad to a serving bowl or dinner plates. Ready to eat!
